KCS Learners must adhere to the following dress code rules:

 

GIRLS

Hair

Only blue or white hair bands and accessories may be used. NO BLACK HAIR BANDS.

Hair colour may not draw attention.

Hair extensions must be the same colour as your natural hair.

Hair must be tied up as soon as it touches the collar.

Hair must be out of the face.

Hair platting and hair bands must be small or middle sized. It must grow backwards. The thick one is not allowed.

Braids or extensions are not allowed to reach the buttocks.

No permanent curls or frills, as this is not neat with uniform.

No side shaves or uneven haircuts.

 

Jewellery

No bangles or anything around the wrist is allowed, accept a watch.

No chain or anything around the neck is allowed.

ONLY GOLD AND SILVER STUDS ARE ALLOWED.

No diamante studs are allowed.

 

Shoes

Only black shoes will be allowed with formal uniform.

Running shoes may be worn with sport activities.

 

Socks/Stockings

Only white socks are allowed with tracksuits. No ankle socks are allowed.

Only NAVY stockings are allowed with the school dress.

 

Uniform

It is compulsory for all the learners to wear formal school uniform.

Tracksuits may be worn on Fridays.

A blazer is compulsory.

 

BOYS

Hair must be short and neat.

No hair colour that is going to draw attention.

No sideburns

NO BEARD

No sideshaves or uneven haircuts

No moustaches are allowed.

 

Jewellery

No bangles or anything around the wrist is allowed, accept a watch.

No chain or anything around the neck is allowed.

Only black shoes will be allowed with formal uniform. Running shoes may be worn with tracksuits for sport activities.
